Line cook

Who we're looking for: DITONDO is excited to add a Line Cook to our team! The ideal candidate demonstrates robust knowledge of food, technique, and enthusiasm to learn and grow with us. This is the perfect position for team members with a strong foundation who are looking to leverage that passion in order to further develop their skills as a chef. Preference is given to candidates who display curiosity to learn, attention to detail, and are dedicated to becoming a key member of a successful team. Responsibilities Maintain strong knowledge of preparation and ingredients used in dishes. Consistently maintain a neat and organized station during service with appropriately prepped and stored mise en place. Effectively manage your station during service with professionalism while providing consistency in preparation, timing, and communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a calm mental athleticism while simultaneously taking direction from chef. Encourage development and excellence amongst the kitchen team. Exhibit an enthusiasm for refining skills and a passion to continuously realize professional growth. Skills 3+ years working as a Line Cook or similar position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience Full-time availability Tues - Saturday Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
