What You'll Tackle
During your first year, you'll focus on:

• Establishing a disciplined monthly close process
• Improving financial visibility for leadership
• Strengthening controls and accounting procedures
• Streamlining manual workflows through automation and technology
• Creating consistency across multiple operating locations
• Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial accountability
• Supporting budgeting, cash management, and business planning efforts
