DescriptionKforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Medical Director.Summary:We are seeking an experienced physician leader to provide strategic guidance across a growing portfolio of medical education and professional development programs. This individual will help shape the development, delivery, and ongoing evolution of education solutions designed to support physicians and healthcare professionals throughout their careers.The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical background combined with experience in medical education, continuing professional development, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, helping ensure educational offerings are clinically relevant, engaging, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the strategy and development of a comprehensive portfolio of medical education products and professional development solutions* Provide physician leadership and subject matter expertise across areas including clinical care, quality improvement, patient-provider relationships, medical education, and healthcare communications* Use learner feedback, performance data, industry trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and improve educational offerings* Develop strategies to increase awareness, adoption, engagement, and long-term impact of education programs among physicians, healthcare organizations, and other professional audiences* Advise internal stakeholders on product positioning and messaging that effectively resonates with physicians, healthcare leaders, and other healthcare professionalsRequirements* Experience evaluating educational programs using multiple methodologies and analyzing data to measure outcomes and effectiveness* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Demonstrated experience with presentations, professional publications, scholarly work, or other forms of thought leadership* Ability to represent an organization professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders* Approximately 20% travel may be required for meetings, conferences, industry events, and external stakeholder engagementJob TypeDirect HireCompensation250000 - $300000
