Medical director role with leadership responsibilities Monday to Friday inpatient schedule Manage 15‑16 patients per day Team includes 2 additional psychiatrists and 2 independent NPs Inpatient unit work and medical floor consultations Hospital‑employed position in Chicago, Illinois Board‑certified preferred; board‑eligible candidates considered Active Illinois license required or pending issuance Salary negotiated by recruiter; all‑inclusive rates include hourly base pay plus overtime, call, and holiday pay Recruiter provides support for licensing and interview coordination Our recruiter offers free services, including salary and contract negotiation, interview coordination, and license assistance.
