Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and responsible Direct Care Assistant (DCA) to provide hands-on support and assistance to individuals in a safe, respectful, and caring environment. The Direct Care Assistant will help clients with daily living activities, personal care, medication administration , transportation, and other needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, attentive to detail, and passionate about helping others.
Penn Hills Area
We are hiring for several DCA (Direct Care Associates) positions. Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Shifts
- Weekdays Mon - Fri 8a-4p
- Weekdays Mon - Fri 4p-12a
- Weekends Sat-Sun 8a-8p
- Weekends Sat-Sun 8p-8a
Must haves:
Valid Driver's License
Use your own vehicle to transport client(s) if need be (PAID MILEAGE)
Vehicle Registration
Valid Insurance
GED/ Diploma
PA State Clearances
First Aid/ CPR
Up to date Physical and 1 step TB
