Manufacturing Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Dresser, WI. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machines

Assemble components and finished goods using various production methods

Install, adjust, and align tooling and equipment for production runs

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed

Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure product quality

Handle materials and load or unload machines to maintain production flow

Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Must have a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred

Experience with punch press, press brake, or turret machines preferred

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Must be able to perform basic math and measurement calculations

Must be able to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges

Ability to operate machinery and hand tools with minimal supervision

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
