CiresiMorek is a Cleveland-based executive search firm that partners with top companies in the manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial sectors to find and place exceptional talent. We take a hands-on, personalized approach to every search, and we're growing.
We're seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for a recruiter ready to step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment and contribute immediately to active searches, candidate pipelines, and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active searches
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
- Conduct candidate outreach and recruiting conversations
- Partner with Search Consultants to execute searches from kickoff through placement
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and records in PCRecruiter
- Develop market intelligence on target companies, industries, and talent
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required
- Executive search experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
Ideal Background:
- Experience in business, communications, sales, HR, or a related field
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search
