Order Picker/ Downstack Associate

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with opportunity for overtime on Fridays from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Length of Assignment: There is no end date, this is long term temp.

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in order picking and downstacking to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, breaking down and organizing palletized product, and ensuring materials are staged properly to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous order picker forklift experience required (often called a cherry picker) that elevates the platform, the operator must wear an approved harness.
• Experience with downstacking pallets and organizing inventory
• Ability to accurately identify and handle products
• Strong attention to detail and productivity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and able to perform physical warehouse duties
• Bilingual, English and Spanish

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in food, beverage, wine, or general warehouse operations
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory processes
• Forklift experience is a plus
