Operations/Functional Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $27.88hr - $31.88hr

Responsibilities

• Research and improve operational processes by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
• Gather facts, analyze problems, and facilitate resolution of operational challenges.
• Provide operational support by delivering system-related information, answering user queries, and conducting training.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational success by supporting new and ongoing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
• Assist team members in achieving operational goals and deliverables.
• Develop testing methods to validate system functionality.
• Conduct and document testing activities to ensure system accuracy and performance.
• Enhance job knowledge by attending training sessions and reviewing technical materials.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role (Level 2 or above).
• Additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
