Our staff works harmoniously with an emphasis on continuous improvement and evidence-based practices, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for both patients and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining their functional capabilities and range of motion.Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals, utilizing best practices in physical therapy.Deliver specialized therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, aimed at restoring function and enhancing mobility.Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive records to communicate effectively with referring physicians and the broader healthcare team.Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.Consistently provide superior customer service to foster a compassionate, welcoming environment for all patients.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care approaches that maximize patient outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Envista, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, pediatric cases, neurological conditions, and sports-related ailments. This variety allows you to apply your skills in different settings, enriching your professional experience. We encourage a personalized approach to care, ensuring that every patient receives the attention and treatment necessary to meet their unique challenges and goals.QualificationsDoctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) along with CPR certification.A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient settings is highly desirable.Proficiency in using evidence-based practices and a dedication to continuous education and professional development.Ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
