Shift Leader

We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team. Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side‑work tasks. Continually monitor food and food quality. Perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts. Run the shift while ensuring all employees take their given or mandatory breaks at the appropriate time. Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time. Assist Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift‑leader experience required. Exceptional communication skills. Food‑handler and alcohol‑service training preferred. Ability to coordinate the work of self and others. Ability to multi‑task. Benefits This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing (up to $2 per hour additional pay) paid each pay period. Eligibility to participate in comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.) for full‑time shift leads. PTO accruals based on hours worked. Paid holidays. 401(k).
