Career Services Advisor: Higher Education & Employer Relations

Truman College

City Colleges of Chicago seeks a Career Service Advisor in the Institutional Effectiveness Department to oversee job placement for College to Careers students and graduates, driving recruitment, retention, and employment outcomes. The role reports to the Executive Director-Career & Workforce Development and requires collaboration across campuses, managing employer relations and performance metrics.
