Operations Manager

Responsibilities Supervise labor management and planning of inbound and outbound activities Conduct daily staff meetings to review work activities and plan continuous improvement Develop systems for managing operations, equipment, and products safely Ensure operations meet productivity and service goals Manage operations to achieve prescribed objectives Train new staff, assess trainee progress, and provide guidance Provide input for annual performance reviews and promotions Requirements High school diploma or GED 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment 1 year experience in a supervisory role Forklift training program certification Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with RF Scanners and WMS functions English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal) #J-18808-Ljbffr
