Registered Nurse ICU

$2080.80/week – Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care on a high-acuity step-down or low-acuity ICU unit. The nurse will support patient recovery, monitor vital signs, and manage complex clinical conditions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assess and prioritize patient conditions to deliver appropriate nursing interventions.Administer medications, including N95 mask protocols, and perform ECG exams on the first day.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Float to Tele-MedSurg units as needed to support staffing demands.Maintain accurate documentation using CPSI-Evident EMR system.Adhere to infection control protocols, including PPE supply and usage guidelines.Qualifications:Valid RN license and current CPR/BLS certification.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICU, step-down, or acute care settings.Certification in ACLS and NIHSS required.Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity patients with complex needs.Ability to work 7 am – 7 pm shifts, including every other weekend.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Benefits & Growth:Opportunity to enhance critical care skills in a dynamic ICU environment.Supportive team with access to ongoing professional development and certifications.Flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.Benefits Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceTravel reimbursement for assignmentsPaid sick leave and additional valuable benefitsAccess to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral Program Why TactStaff?
