Full-Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor

Kohl's - 3150 South Wadsworth Boulevard - Responsibilities: Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment; Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices; Manage stock on sales floor by processing incoming freight, maintaining an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment based on sell through and seasonal changes; Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards and Kohl's tools and resources; Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards
