Warehouse Team Leader Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, loading, shipping, and inventory control.
- Supervise, train, and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff while ensuring safety and productivity.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verify orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while reporting daily activities and operational concerns.
Warehouse Team Leader Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to train and guide team members.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and coordinating warehouse operations.
- Forklift experience required; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify orders, maintain accuracy, and solve operational issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
