Pay-range: $22-23/hr Note: Bilingual Spanish/English : Fluent in both the Languages. Job Description: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Customer Service. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service. Required Qualifications: 6+ months Customer Service, Sales, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience. Strong communication, customer service, and sales skill. Outbound calling and lead/pipeline management experience. Strong organization, multitasking, documentation, and attention to detail. Stable employment history/proven job tenure. CRM experience; MS Excel skill preferred. Background in Customer Success, Sales Support, Business Banking, Client Services, Loan Processing, Account Management, or Operations/Referral Coordination. Experience with underwriting, contracts, documentation, or customer handoffs.
