About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product & Customer Experience to lead a transformative role at the intersection of genomics, AI, and consumer health. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy, experience design, and roadmap execution, with a focus on creating new categories that have a significant impact on customer engagement, retention, and revenue. This role involves leading a world-class product organization, establishing the company as a global leader in AI-powered genomic experiences, and ensuring that the customer journey from onboarding to lifelong engagement is both meaningful and valuable. The Head of Product & Customer Experience will also be a key member of the leadership team, directly influencing the future of personalized health. Applicants for the Head of Product & Customer Experience position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading product in high-growth consumer environments, with a proven track record in product strategy and roadmap execution. Deep expertise in consumer subscription products, lifecycle engagement, and customer lifetime value is essential.
