Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Position Overview  
A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakley, CA. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. 


Location:  Oakley, CA 
Job Type:  Full-Time 
Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) 
Compensation: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour 

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided

Qualifications 

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California
• Minimum one (1) year of experience
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development

Compensation & Benefits 

• $36.00 - $56.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) + Sign-On Bonus
