Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Havre, Montana. This travel assignment starts on 08/08/2026 for 4 weeks, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and rotating days and nights. The role supports resident care under the direction of the Unit Manager in a long-term care center setting. Key Highlights

Responsibilities

• Participate in assessing, planning and implementing resident care under the direction of the Unit Manager.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration per policy and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow through on individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and report findings to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate records, observe infection control practices, and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the health care team to support quality care and continuity.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current Montana license to practice as an RN or LPN (active). This role accepts RN or LPN licensure in Montana.
• Ability to learn and retain pertinent information; strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Must have a current telephone number for communication.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days and nights) in a long-term care setting.
• Please note: MT traveler applicants from within MT may be restricted unless they are more than 250 miles away from the travel assignment location.
