Dental Assistant - Full Time (Mon-Fri, 8-5) - Sign-On Bonus + Great Benefits!The Dental Assistant supports dentists and hygienists in delivering high-quality patient care by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during dental procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring patient comfort, maintaining accurate records, and performing chairside and administrative duties as needed. The Dental Assistant plays a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Duties:


Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care (prepare rooms, sterilize tools, chairside assistance, x-rays).Support patient education and comfort (oral hygiene, post-op instructions, preventive care).Maintain accurate patient records and support front desk operations as needed.Ensure infection control and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:


Ability to interact with diverse clients in a professional and culturally sensitive manner, and work effectively with staff and other agency professionalsProficient in dental care and dental educationStrong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written formsComputer knowledge including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use a databaseX-ray Certification Required Pre-Employment RequirementsSuccessful completion of background check and drug screeningProof of immunizations (first two COVID-19 doses, annual influenza vaccination, and other DIHFS-required immunizations)Current CPR/BLS certificationVerification of required licenses/certifications
