LPN Medication Care Manager - Senior Living

What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence. What We're Looking For Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred LPN Medication Nurse - Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident Health LPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident Care Pay Range: 26.60 - 35.50 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
