Associate Attorney - General Liability

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in General Liability to join their team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, focusing on civil litigation and insurance defense, while delivering exceptional client service. Duties Evaluate new files and conduct client communications. Produce discovery and prepare legal memoranda. Prepare and argue discovery and substantive motions. Attend pretrial listings and manage trial proceedings. Requirements JD degree from an ABA-approved law school. Active license in good standing in New Jersey. 3-5 years of civil litigation experience; insurance defense preferred. Experience in all litigation phases, including trial preparation. Strong research, analytical, writing, and advocacy skills. Effective communication with clients and legal professionals. Familiarity with state and federal court rules. Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software. Trial or arbitration experience is a plus.
