Operational Accountant

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Operational Accountant for an immediate opening.

Job Title: Operational Accountant

Location: West Des Moines, IA & Charlotte, NC 
Duration: 6+ months (Hybrid)
Employment type :Fulltime/Contract

As a Operational Accountant , you will:

• Support supplier onboarding, maintenance, and enablement in SAP.
• Troubleshoot supplier, purchasing, and invoicing issues across Ariba and PeopleSoft.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and validate system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Accounts Payable, and external suppliers to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain supplier master data and perform data cleanup to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Hands-on experience with SAP (Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Registration, or Ariba Network).
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft (or similar ERP platforms).
• Experience with UAT, test script creation, and system validation.
• Background in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Enablement, or Operational Accounting.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Between $27- $30 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
