Manager, Customer Success

Abbott seeks a Manager of Customer Success for its Cancer Diagnostics division in Madison, Wisconsin. This onsite role leads a customer success team to drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and support retention and business growth through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing customer success team through coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Oversee customer success operations including onboarding, training programs, service delivery, and resolution of complex customer issues
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and communicate results to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer care, and operations teams to strengthen customer relationships and improve retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or related field; or high school diploma with four years of relevant customer service experience
- Four or more years of customer service experience
- Two or more years of experience leading or directing employees and project teams
- Strong understanding of customer service operations, billing, insurance, and data entry processes
- Advanced proficiency with customer service systems and related technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
