Registered Dietitian - Telehealth

Providing remote nutrition counseling and weight management education, the part-time Registered Dietitian - Telehealth will engage with patients through various digital platforms while managing comorbidities and collaborating with healthcare providers. Key responsibilities Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email Provide medication management and support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support behavior change and establish rapport with patients Required qualifications Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with state licensure as required Willingness to obtain additional state licenses to support patient coverage Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet Experience with electronic medical records and digital tools Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week without holding full-time employment elsewhere
