Title: Shipping & Receiving Assistant
Location: Hampshire, IL
Type of Job: Part Time; Seasonal
Days/Hours worked: M - F, 7:00 am to 11:00 am
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
Monitor product receipts and create barcoded labels to put on inbound product. Assist shipping in preparing orders through identification and labeling.
Essential Duties & Principal Responsibilities
- Accurately create and label inbound inventory, with regard to quantity, item and location.
- Accurately apply packing lists and pro-numbers to LTL shipments.
- Maintain the WRM standard of providing quality products, exceptional service and trusted integrity.
- Other duties as required.
- Ability to understand and work with hand-held scanners & Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Training in Datascope WMS provided.
- Dependable.
- Able to work under pressure and gets along well with others.
- Willingness to learn.
- Conscientious with regard to safety procedures.
