Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists regarding all patient populations served. Works independently and collaborates well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within the Health System. null

Required Skills & Experience: Ability to problem-solve, Effective verbal and written communication skills, and Knowledge about the care of neonate, pediatric adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Education:
Required Education: Physical Therapist Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years of experience. OR Master\'s/Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy (CAPTE) accredited program.

Required Certification & Licensure: Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist License from the State of Michigan. Current BLS certification
