Manager in Training – Dunkin’ Start your leadership journey with us! Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-paced, fun, and growing brand? Dunkin’ is looking for a Manager in Training who is eager to learn, grow, and lead. What You’ll Do As a Manager in Training, you’ll start by working alongside our experienced team members to learn every aspect of restaurant operations. Your hands‑on training will include: Guest service and satisfaction Team leadership and scheduling Inventory management Food safety and cleanliness Cash handling and store operations As you master each area, you'll take on more responsibilities with the goal of growing into a salaried management position.
