Become a part of one of the largest and most esteemed health systems in the country, and discover what it truly means to thrive. We are looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical team and provide care to patients in Brookfield, WI.

Key Highlights

• Join a team of five OB/GYN specialists

• Clinic locations in Brookfield, Muskego, and Wauwatosa, all within a 10-15 minute drive from the hospital

• Deliveries and surgical procedures conducted at Aurora West Allis Medical Center

• The Aurora Women's Pavilion (AWP) at Aurora West Allis is the busiest obstetrical unit in Wisconsin, handling over 3,000 deliveries annually

• Robust support staff including RNs and MAs

• 1:6 call schedule: manage your own calls during the day, with rotation for nights and weekends

• A highly committed and collaborative team

• Access to specialists in Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery

• Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients

• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review, editing, and approval

• Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines

Required Training and Experience

• MD or DO degree

• Board Eligible or Board Certified
