Senior Tax Associate

Client Advisory: Deliver comprehensive tax preparation, strategic planning, and advisory services across a diverse portfolio of industries. Engagement Management: Lead and support multiple concurrent tax engagements, fostering seamless cross-team collaboration. Deadline & Operations Control: Drive compliance workflows by establishing clear project milestones and ensuring all tax deadlines are met. Specialized Research: Conduct high-level tax research and execute complex, custom tax projects. Team Leadership: Mentors, trains, and elevates junior and professional tax staff to foster continuous growth. Client Relationship Building: Help manage and expand key client partnerships through proactive communication and outstanding service. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (progress toward or completion of 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam required). Certifications: Active CPA license is highly preferred. Experience: 2+ years of dedicated tax experience within a public accounting firm. Industry Focus: Exposure to a variety of sectors (e.g., Construction, Healthcare, Tech, Non-Profit, Small Business) is a strong bonus. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Engagement is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
