Luxury Gallery Leader & Brand Strategist

Summary The Gallery Leader will lead and develop associates across all functions of the Winter Park gallery, driving strategy and execution to deliver exceptional service and financial results. This role requires a passion for design and luxury home furnishings, strong leadership skills, and the ability to empower teams to achieve objectives. The Leader is responsible for operational excellence, talent development, and representing the brand with refined taste. Responsibilities Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive, high-performance environment that drives sales and controls expenses Attract, hire and retain talent who align with the brand and business standards Represent the gallery through polished communication, appearance and a discerning point of view Monitor and analyze business performance and implement strategies to achieve results Support loss prevention, physical security, cash controls, inventory management and internal audits Support and execute company initiatives, rollouts and operational changes Address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and People Team Requirements 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms or luxury retail Interior design experience preferred Proven ability to foster a positive, empowering work environment Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; results-driven and high energy Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback to improve outcomes Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office; prolonged standing, bending and climbing as required #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
