Generation Hope Family Counseling & Consulting, LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy to clients of all ages
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Stay current on best practices in mental health therapy

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP licensure in Nebraska
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others achieve mental wellness

Generation Hope Family Counseling & Consulting, LLC is a leading mental health practice in Omaha, NE dedicated to providing high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Our team of experienced Mental Health Therapists is committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. We strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive environment.

Location: Sessions will be conducted in office, in school, and via Telehealth based off the client's needs. Therapists are required to do at least 60% of sessions in person. 

Compensation: A full time mental health professional billing 24 sessions per week has the potential to earn a yearly salary between $62,000-$90,000 based on education, licensure, experience and work performance. Full time employees are also eligible for benefits after completion of a waiting period.
