Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Our clinic is looking for a caring mental health therapist dedicated to providing the best possible therapeutic service to our patients. You will be in charge of diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving the best care possible. Responsibilities Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives Provide crisis intervention as needed Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow‑up care based on their current needs Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status Qualifications Must have 1–3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting Possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent This is a full time, W-2 position Compensation: $71,250 - $91,500 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifespan Counseling Omaha
