Job Duties Installs water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines. Is responsible for compliance with all local plumbing codes. Maintains accurate documentation of installations including all required forms and photos of work. Submits all completed paper work in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain a clean and properly stocked service vehicle. Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service. Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished. Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work. Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times. Minimum Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience in residential plumbing installations. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Valid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman's Plumbing License. Must be able to work extended hours, and occasional weekends. Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs. Must possess all necessary tools to perform installations including but not limited to basic hand tools, drills, saws and torches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
