Residential Program Manager Children's Services

The residential program coordinator is responsible for the overall function of the assigned residential group home.Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:Maintaining health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff members at all timesOversee daily functions of the residential settingMaintain open communication with all stakeholders including guardians, government agencies and management at all timesSupervise residential staff providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance though all areas of the programFacilitate all services including behavior support plans, client financial responsibilities and health/dietary plansOversee the overall operations for assigned programs including, scheduling, recreational outings, appointments, finances for clients and petty cash.Salary Range: $53,000-$56,000 yearly based on experience and educationBenefits:Competitive SalaryEmployee Referral Bonus EligibleHeath / Dental / Vision InsuranceHealth Reimbursement Account / FSA & Dependent CareCompany Paid Life insurance & Long-Term DisabilityGenerous Paid Time OffRetirement Plan with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementQualifications:A minimum of an undergraduate degree in human services and/or a minimum of two years’ experienceExperience with and ability to implement ABA Therapy, PBS, and Physical Restraint procedures.First Aid and CPR Certification (American Heart Association) or ability to become certified.MAP Certification or ability to become certified.Must have and retain an active driver’s license.Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Amego, Inc.
