Program Manager - Early Intervention (Full Time)

Program Manager - Early Intervention (Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI Sign-on bonus: $2500 Position Summary Promote and implement high standards of family-centered practice and service provision within Early Intervention. Communicate effectively to achieve program goals through leadership and motivation. Support professional development in the agency by providing administrative and reflective supervision. Work under regular direction and supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Services in accordance with the agency’s mission, philosophy and program goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree consistent with RI Early Intervention requirements for “Qualified Personnel” Completion of a program of advanced study as required for certification, licensure, or registration in the relevant discipline Current certificate, license, or registration for a discipline listed under “Qualified Personnel” in the RI Early Intervention guidelines Minimum three years direct-service experience with young children with special needs and their families Basic Responsibilities Provide weekly individual administrative and reflective supervision Maintain positive cooperative relationships with funders, internal agency programs, and community agencies and organizations Oversee and manage annual EOHHS audits and Corrective Action Plan response and follow up Monitor EI billing in conjunction with agency Finance Department and Early Childhood Director Manage program referrals to adhere to 45‑day compliance, working closely with Referral Specialist/Administrative Assistant Oversee Welligent electronic record system including running program reports for program and billing compliance Responsible for the selection, orientation and training of program staff and interns Coordinate the development and implementation of operating procedures Plan and facilitate program subcommittees, workgroups, and team meetings Coordinate and complete monthly peer record reviews and quarterly reports in accordance with agency regulations and COA standards Develop annual program Logic Model and summary with Early Childhood Director in compliance with COA regulations Provide oversight of contracted OT, PT and SLP services (contract creation, quality reviews, monthly invoicing, etc.) Plan and facilitate bi‑annual LEA meetings, and participate in EOHHS Community of Practice meetings Enhance professional development through participation in agency and EOHHS-sponsored trainings Provide direct services to consumers consistent with qualified personnel standards of care and family‑centered practice as needed Benefits Generous vacation, sick time, and holidays Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, as well as voluntary vision and AFLAC supplemental coverage 403b with matching after 6 months of employment Flexible Spending (FSA) and Dependent Care (DCA) accounts Agency‑paid group life insurance; long‑term disability Tuition reimbursement and licensure/certification bonuses Employee referral program, as well as bilingual skills premium On‑site or nearby parking available at most buildings; mileage reimbursement for client and business‑related use of personal vehicle How to Apply To apply for this opening, please visit ourwebsite and select "Careers" and then "Current Openings" to fill out an application and upload your cover letter and resume.
