Every day you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, focusing on the needs of perinatal patients and their families. You will be expected to utilize your clinical and technical skills, document accurately, collaborate with the healthcare team, and provide leadership in patient care while maintaining a safe environment and upholding patient safety standards. To be successful in this role, you must possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.
