About the Role:

JDE Construction is looking for a Service Operations Manager to lead, develop, and support our team. We are looking for a strong leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and keeping service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow the service team.
Keep service operations and work orders moving.
Build strong relationships with clients, technicians, and vendors.
Drive performance, accountability, and excellent service.
Solve problems and support the team when needed.
Bring positive energy, fresh ideas, and strong leadership.
Help create a positive and successful team environment.

Experience in any of the following areas is welcome:

Service
Facilities
Maintenance
Field Service
Dispatch
Construction
Similar fast-paced environments

Industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for helping their team succeed.
