Loews Atlanta Hotel places team members in vibrant Midtown, steps from MARTA and major attractions. The hotel features 414 guestrooms, 40,000+ square feet of event space, Exhale Spa & Fitness Center, and a signature steakhouse and sushi restaurant in a sleek 26-story tower.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

Required :

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 4050 pounds as needed

Preferred :

• Experience with POS systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
