About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the organization's technology transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, managing the transition of critical systems, and overseeing all aspects of the technology function, including applications, infrastructure, security, data, vendor management, and the AI strategy. This is a pivotal role that involves direct oversight of the technology team and budget, as well as providing strategic technology leadership to executive management and the Board. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive technology experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior IT leadership role. The role requires a hands-on approach to CRM/ERP estates, cloud infrastructure, and identity platforms, with a strong preference for experience in Zoho or Salesforce, AWS or Azure, and a working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, experience in delivering AI or automation solutions, and a background in building and managing technology teams and budgets. Familiarity with nonprofit or healthshare environments is a plus. The CIO will be instrumental in ensuring the organization's technology is secure, reliable, and aligned with its mission, and will play a key role in driving the use of technology to enhance the member experience and improve operational efficiency.
