Construction Project Supervisor

Job Description

The Project Supervisor will oversee a single project, managing a small team of 1-5 members to ensure high-quality outcomes and consistent performance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves close supervision, quality assurance, and performance tracking with occasional travel requirements (up to 10%). The Project Supervisor plays a critical role in driving project success through effective team leadership and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a small team of project members
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
Track and report on team and project performance
