• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in reviewing both site development plans and vertical building construction documents.
• Thorough understanding of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and quality control standards.
• Manage all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Plan and coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and workforce allocation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field conflicts, design discrepancies, and construction challenges with minimal impact to schedule and budget.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience: 1-8 years only as a Construction Superintendent
