Merchant Onboarding & Implementation Lead

DoorDash is seeking a Platform Implementation Manager to deliver best‑in‑class onboarding for SMB merchants to our Commerce Platform. You’ll act as quarterback, coordinating with sales, account teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from the merchant’s current solution. Responsibilities include hosting kickoff calls, troubleshooting, user education, and collecting feedback to inform product and operations.
