This leadership role requires a strong background in affordable housing and property management, a passion for community impact, and a commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence. The Vice President will also be instrumental in fostering community partnerships, leading complex housing initiatives, and ensuring the organization's long-term vision is realized. Applicants for the Vice President of Affordable Housing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in affordable housing development and property management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading development projects, strong knowledge of legal and regulatory standards, and experience in financial management and budgeting.
