• Monday - Friday schedule with flexible hours
• Outpatient clinic setting with hospital rounding
• Teaching and supervisory role with family medicine residents
• ACGME-certified 3-year residency program with 100% board exam pass rate
• Average of 15 hours per week dedicated to resident education and program participation
