Concessions Coordinator

The Concessions Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and operation of the district concessions program. Job duties include scheduling, maintaining inventory, maintaining concessions stands and equipment, financial responsibilities, working with boosters to create volunteer opportunities that will be paid out at the conclusion of the fiscal year. All payments will be moved to the individual programs activity account. Regular attendance and timeliness are required. Maintain storeroom inventory, place orders for food, barrage and supplies as needed. Arrange or pick up product from warehouses as needed.

Education and requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Current MN Drivers License is required. Current Hennepin County Food Manager's License is required. Demonstrates ethical behavior in the school environment and community. Demonstrates courtesy, cooperation, fairness and confidentiality in all matters concerning students, teachers, staff, and administration. Maintains a safe working environment and encourages colleagues to be safety-minded in the performance of all duties. Has a clear and demonstrated commitment to the District mission, which is a collaborative community of learners that: uses effective instructional methods; implements research based curriculum models; engages and challenges all learners with high academic expectations; and develops healthy social and emotional relationships. Establishes, promotes and maintains positive interpersonal relations with administration, office staff, teachers, and other support staff. Acquires the skills to remain current and relevant to the regulations, requirements, and expectations of the position via training workshops, webinars, and other staff development processes. Advances the District's mission and goals through careful attention to the key issues of Academics, Character, and Community.
