Assistant Clinic ManagerThe Assistant Clinic Manager is a key member of our Clinic Leadership support team, tasked with assisting our Clinic Manager and associated leadership through administrative actions related to workforce, scheduling, operational resources, EMR, communications support, and general staff reinforcement. This role may occasionally be asked to provide coverage in session.Responsibilities include:Providing administrative support to the Clinic Manager and Home OfficeOverseeing the daily schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations.Performing administrative tasks including communications, invoices, reports, etc.Updating records in EMR including patient information and timesheets.Supporting treatment sessions as necessary.Performing office management tasks including maintaining records, and ordering supplies.Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas.Organizing and distributing supplies, materials, and equipment.
