A growing, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Western New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care team. Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications Required:

• New York Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
