Position Overview

Staff Force is seeking a dependable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Coordinator to support employees at a foam manufacturing warehouse in Pflugerville, TX. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for onsite employees, ensuring workforce compliance, accurate timekeeping, inventory control, and smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, communicates effectively with employees and management, and is comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary onsite contact for employees, address concerns, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
• PPE & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular warehouse walk-throughs to ensure employees are wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following workplace safety procedures.
• Attendance & Timekeeping: Monitor attendance, verify employee hours, collect and review timecards, and submit payroll information accurately and on time.
• Employee Check-Ins: Conduct routine employee check-ins, monitor performance, and communicate concerns or issues to management.
• Employee Onboarding: Assist with onboarding, ensure required paperwork is completed, and help employees understand workplace policies and expectations.
• Employee Discipline & Terminations: Address performance and attendance concerns, document incidents, and coordinate disciplinary actions and employee separations with management.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain communication between warehouse management, Staff Force, and assigned employees to ensure operational needs are met.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse operations, or employee coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable conducting warehouse walk-throughs and enforcing PPE and safety requirements.
• Experience with timecards, payroll submissions, employee records, and inventory tracking is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in Pflugerville, TX.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
